1. GOVERNING LAW

The Terms of Use shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California, without reference to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Sharing Stars must be resolved by a court located in Los Angeles County, Los Angeles, California, or a United States District Court, Central District of California located in Los Angeles, California except as otherwise agreed by the parties. Any action brought against Sharing Stars shall be venued in Los Angeles Superior Court, Los Angeles, California or the United States District Court, Central District of California located in Los Angeles, California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Los Angeles County, San Francisco, California or the United States District Court, Central District of California located in Los Angeles, California for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
